Two state of art machines of Multilayer Layer Co-Extruded Blown are commissioned, having haul-off rotating winder nip width of 1450mm & 1800mm. The plant is fully automatic and manufacturing is undertaken in a controlled environment. This will ensure the quality of the product at manufacturing stage and will ensure standard quality over the period. Company Infrastructure
We hold the capability to produce packaging up to 6000 tons per annum. Sabar Flex India Limited produces Film laminates, Co-Extruded Films, Bopp Laminated film etc. Each part integrates countless specifications, shapes, sizes, colors etc. The advanced manufacturing facilities with total built up area of more than 60,000 sq.ft are equipped with Extrusion Blown Film Plant, Gravure printing machines, high speed converting machines for solvent base, solvent less and Lamination along with slitting and pouching machines for finishing.
We are equipped with 4 state of the art high- speed gravure printing machines. 8-colour high-speed state-of-the-art machinery allows creativity in design without compromising on the printing quality. The four gravure printing machines provide us immense flexibility to cater to our customer’s requirements and eliminate limitations on the printing end with high precision printing results.
Our state-of-the-art lamination machines ensure the highest quality of solvent-less lamination. The technology eliminates even the minute chances of lamination errors in duplex and triplex structures.
At Sabar Flex India, we also provide solvent- based lamination for high barrier specialized film structures. Our machinery meets the highest quality of product specification requirements for the most complex flexible laminate structures. This Solvent- based Lamination is suitable for specialized laminate structures that require packaging for aggressive nature of the product and is used worldwide to overcome limitations of the Solvent- less Lamination process.
We have installed high – speed slitting machines run at the speed of 500m/min with precision cutting of the finished product. This machine is equipped with the latest innovation in the slitting technology and is fully automated leaving no chances of human error. Apart from the primary slitting machine, we are equipped with auxiliary slitting machines that extend our flexibility to perform multiple slitting jobs at the same time ensuring timely deliveries and shortened lead-times.
We are equipped with pouch making machines that produce custom design pouches / bags as per requirement of the consumer. This facility can add handles, zippers and punch holes to the finished bags as per customer demand. We make several types of bags including three-side seal bags, Stand-up pouches, Centre-seal pouches, Side- seal Bags and Gusset Bags etc.
At Sabar Flex, we don’t outsource printing inks or dyes. They’re far too critical to the quality and effectiveness of the finished material to leave to a third-party vendor.
